    Thanks for joining us for a 31 day meditation challenge! We’re going to start off slowly, just five minutes of silent breathing. This month we’ll experiment with different music, mantras, and learn about the 7 chakras.

    Today let’s just focus on our breathing.
    Set a timer for 5 minutes
    Sit upright (posture is important)
    Notice and concentrate on your breathe as best you can
    Your mind will go crazy
    Notice your mind going crazy and return to your breathe
    Your mind will go crazy again
    Once again return to your breathe
    Repeat until time goes off

    It’s that easy! You just meditated for 5 minutes.
    How do you feel? Relaxed? Refreshed? Frustrated? It will get easier, I promise!

    :) love the use of the phrase "your mind will go crazy" perfectly describes the place I'm at when I sit still with no other stimulus actually come to think of it at just about any time! Thanks for this I'm looking forward to participating in the challenge :)
