    What is your mantra?

    I believe, very strongly, that whether we know it or not we all have a mantra.

    What is the thing that you repeat in your head to yourself?

    It could be “I’m so stupid” or “what is wrong with me?” I know I have those thoughts all the time. But what if you changed your mantra to something uplifting?

    “I am amazing”

    “I am enough”

    “I can survive”

    Today, as you breathe, say your mantra to yourself. If you have two different things you want to say you could say one on the inhale and one on the exhale.

    Inhale 4 seconds “I am amazing”
    Hold 7 seconds
    Exhale 8 seconds “I can survive”
    Pause 1 second
