    Today, breathe the same way you did yesterday: inhale 4 seconds, hold 7 seconds, exhale 8 seconds, pause 1 second, while saying your mantra to yourself.

    For today’s mantra think about the kind of woman you are, or the kind you want to be.

    You are a powerful, brave, smart, strong, amazing person, and the best way to believe that is to tell yourself.

    “I am the heroine of my life”

    “I am unstoppable”

    “I am a warrior”

    Love love love. These mantras are perfect. Sometimes it's difficult for me to believe those statements. Sometimes I feel like a total rock star. This exercise will come in handy when I'm having one of those insecure moments. Thank you love.
