    Are there any people here trying to gain weight? I have been small my entire life and I would like to put on a little weight before my honey gets home. I have 3 yrs to gain weight the right ... I bought some stuff to increase my APETITE because I am just naturally thin and I also got a membership to planet fitness to bulk up a little. I encourage every one to get themselves a membership its 10.00 and you can meet with trainer to discuss your goals and design a custom work out. They also have different types of classes they offer at no extra cost

    I want to increase my exercise to lose weight and be healthier. Today I decided that from now on I will walk my letters to my boyfriend to the post office. I know that I will write him often so this will plan will get me walking on a regular basis. If anyone else has creative ideas to add cheap/free exercises into a busy life, I'd love to hear them.

    I love all the different groups that this site has, I think this is the best site I have found thus far. Well, the time has come to make some changes in my life if I am going to get into the shape I used to be before I had something happen and gained a lot of weight. I have been heavy for years now and have tried everything under the sun. The only thing that has worked for me is Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman and I am back at it again, except this time, I am tweaking it a teeny bit so that I won't feel the need to "cheat" ... essentially on this way of eating, you get 3/4 c grain or 1 slice bread a day (I skip or don't do this and substitute with potato, I can't do grains), no sugars, no processed stuff and no dairy ... 1 lb raw greens 1 lb steamed veggies a day and fruit and nuts. That is the simplified version of what I am doing :D and I am starting the gym again tomorrow. I just want my body back and to be in shape, I miss running ... doing mud runs and swimming and being able to shop in any store I want. Here's to our health. If anyone has any vegan recipes that are free of grains and such :D I'd love them

    Hey, ya'll. I am in the process of working on shredding all this weight off. My boyfriend since me my workouts the latest he writes up himself. But I'm needing help with food. Like recipes and what not. I'm not a very healthy eater but I know for this all to work that needs to change.

    Happy Sunday! So I just joined Beachbody. Of course I'm having an issue with PiYo On Demand so they're sending me free Resistance Bands. Yoga starts tonight since I won't have PiYo till tomorrow. I'll keep you posted with videos that I will post in this section.

    I signed up for weekly local farm produce deliveries. I go through Fullcircle.com for my region. Whats nice about it is they tell you what your next delivery will be and you can switch things around if you don't like whats being offered( sometimes I won't check because I like the surprise, kinda like those kitchen cooking contests on tv). It forces me to try a variety of vegetables I might not have tried otherwise and it also forces me to try new recipes and get creative in the kitchen. its $25 dollars a week, so $100 a month. Before I decided to bite the bullet and do this I was buying the same things every week and a lot of times I ended up microwaving fast food dinners because I was too depressed to cook and letting my produce go bad. But because I know I have more produce coming the next week I know I have to eat it. I think it also helps keep me busy in the kitchen instead of being sad that Im eating alone again every night missing my man. I get my produce Friday mornings, same day as visiting. It makes Fridays extra sweet for me.
